Howdy, I'm Cassette (pseudonym -- I'll give my real name at a later time)! I'm 40 years old, and I live in a small town near St. Louis, Missouri, with my husband and our cat. My job is boring.

My hobbies include listening to music, writing in my 5-year journal, reading, commonplacing, writing to my pen pals, playing video games (mostly retro games), playing Scrabble, thrift shopping, collecting Licca-chan and other dolls, playing the guitar, and coding my dumb website.

I want to learn to crochet, the Japanese language, the Hebrew language, and how to play Mahjong.

I'm shy and very socially awkward. I don't have many friends besides my husband. Hopefully, I can make a new friend or three on this site! :o)
