Hello swappers! I'm in my late 50s, not close to retirement, so looking for my passion in hobbies and pen-pals.

Favorite themes: Frida Kahlo Edgar Allan Poe Owls, mushrooms, forest animals Butterflies, birds Steampunk and Gothic images Red and pink are my fave colors, but all colors are welcomed.

Hobbies: Reading, scrapbooking memories, and paper crafting, including making junk journals.

Reading: I read murder mysteries like Agatha Christie, contemporary mysteries like Janet Evanovich, and classical Victorian literature #VICTOBER. I follow Booktubers and recently discovered romantasy books.

As part of scrapbooking and junk journaling, I collect stickers, washi tapes, colored pens, and cute images. I've made junk journals from scratch: chipboard covers decorated with fabric, with coffee-dyed pages, and hand-stitched signatures. I just finished a trash journal for a swap; what a fun challenge!

I like to use my crafting skills to make special gifts. My sister has been the recipient of many of my projects, including a home made Downton Abbey bed runner quilt!

My comfort TV shows are NCIS and all the Harry Potter movies. They are my background noise when I'm working on a hobby. I'm anxiously waiting for the final season of Stranger Things.

I appreciate different types of music, but am partial to Latin pop, bachata, Spanish rock (Mana), and old-school rock (Journey, Meat Loaf, Foreigner).

My goal in participating of swaps is to engage in snail mail, with an opportunity to brighten someones day with thoughtful mail.

Please note that I don't care for anything raunchy, witchcraft, bawdy, aliens, living dead nor gruesome.
