6-11-26 -- I've logged on a few times with no trouble, so I've joined a few swaps!

3-10-26 -- All my swaps have been received and rated. I hope the swap-bot website stays up and running, but I'm going to take a break from it because I don't like the uncertainty of if I'll be able to mark swaps sent or rate swaps I receive. I'll check back periodically and see how the site is doing.

2-10-26 -- The website is starting to mess up again for me. As much as I hate to lose such a wonderful swapping community, I'm going to take a break from swapping once all my current swaps are clear. If the site ever goes back to normal, I'll probably start swapping again.

I'm married and have 2 cats. I'm a teacher librarian. I love to travel.

Please! If you don't receive a swap from me, let me know and I will be happy to re-send. I have found that the USPS is unreliable. They lose mail often, and they even returned to me the entire top inch of an envelope I sent, the rest of which was just lost due to their machine tearing it up.

If you receive something from me with postage due, please tell me and I will reimburse you for it.

Please rate me--I want to know that you received my swap because I DO NOT flake!

I don't expect to receive extras in my swaps--I rate and give hearts based on the swap itself.

While I like anything that a person is nice enough to send me, I don't particularly care for cartoon-themed items or country/western items.

And please, no friendship books/sheets, decos, etc.--I don't swap those.

For tea swaps, I prefer black tea.

My favorite color is red, but I like all colors.

I'm not an artist by any means, but I love to make greeting cards and other paper crafts like bookmarks. Pinterest has provided me with much inspiration! Swap-bot introduced me to ATCs, inchies/twinchies, handmade postcards, flip books, and pocket letters.

I also love to cross-stitch--I guess because I can't draw pretty pictures, I get some satisfaction out of stitching them.

I love sending and receiving mail, so I have several penapls.

I love reading. Stephen King is a long-time favorite author, but I like most genres of fiction. Romance and westerns are my least favorite. I don't care for most nonfiction, especially self-help and professional. I'm in a book club that meets once a month. Currently Reading: The Light at the End of the Ocean by M.L. Stedman

I watch A LOT of TV! Too much, probably, but I enjoy it. I used to go to the cinema several times a month--there's just something I love about the dark theater, the loud audio, the big screen, oh, and the popcorn! Now I just stream movies and shows.

I used to be more interested in music than I am now, but I do like listening to it in the car and when I clean house or read. Some of my favorite artists are Alanis Morissette, Muse, Of Monsters and Men, and Mumford and Sons. I don't care for country music or rap. New Interest: Rainbow Kitten Surprise
