This is a fun & easy diary swap for those who want to sum up their day without having to write a lot. Each day in JUNE (30 Days) you will simply make a list of at least five things that happened that day and whether they were positive or negative things. You will put a positive sign or a negative sign in parentheses before you write each entry. There needs to be at least one positive thing and one negative thing.

No decoration is required. Try to do your entries in a mini sized notebook, but if you can't find one then feel welcome to keep it in anything.
