I have mailed my cards today (21/2). We have a strike of airline pilots here from midnight on for the next four days so I am not sure how long my cards will take to reach their overseas destinations. Sorry about that.

It's been more than 2 weeks since the last date items must be sent (that is on March 1). Is it fair when your partner has yet to send to you? I think the participants must honor his/her promise. Should I give the low rating?
