Should the photography be original or can I push it into Photoshop or make a "light collage" out of it?

Hi Mia! preferably an original photograph ^^ But of course you can add a little more spunk to it with photoshop ^^

can we decorate the photo or leave it original, can we color the photo in any way such as in photo inks...
