AIA: Bright & Bold Masterboard ATCs

Let's follow along with Cat Hand and create a bright & bold (no vintage) masterboard, then cut into ATCs and finish with your embellishments. Use any colorful papers, paints, stamps, and ephemera that inspires you. You'll send one ATC to each of your 3 partners and in return, you'll get 3! It's such fun seeing how each of us create such wildly different masterboards.
