R&W: Let's read Banned Books - email

I've been hearing so much about book banning! I pulled out my copy of ALA Banned Books for Kids and we are using the list as a reading list for our dinner time family listens. So many good books! I thought we could share some!

For this swap, find any list of banned books (for your country or another), choose one and read (or listen. Or re-read) the book. Send the title and author of the book to your partner in a letter or notecard (no postcards - you need more room to write than a postcard allows), and tell your partner what you think of the book. (Do not need to answer these questions, but for some ideas of what to write - Do you think it's a book many people should read? Did you learn anything from the book? Have you read this before? Would you re-read it?)

This can be any book on a banned book list - there are SO many lists out there. Wikipedia is usually a good source for those lists as well. And any age group - I'm going through the kids books, but you can choose any age group.

I'll also post a postal version for those who prefer that sort of swap. If you like this swap, let me know. I'm happy to revisit it again. :)
