Everyone will have 1 partner and send out 5 snacks to their partner.

It can be any type of snack at all. Long as you have 5 snacks, you can add more but you only need to send 5.

It can be anything like chips, popcorn, candy, like Gummy, sour, Licorice, gum, cookies, crackers. anything that is a snack of any type of snack.

Make sure you check your partner page for help.

Is this a profile based swap or is it sender's choice? I'm reading that it can be any snacks but then to check our partner's profile for help. I just want to make sure before I send since there are some users who have signed up and have some pretty hard restrictions/dislikes on their profiles and I don't want to be rated down.

I can't speak on behalf of the swap coordinator but I would definitely take into consideration the likes and dislikes/restrictions of your partner - there wouldn't be any point of sending food your partner won't eat, right? :) If unsure, I just send a PM to my partner.
