Does it have to be in packaging? Or is it ok unused out of packaging?

@mommamako it is ok if it is out of packaging as long as it is not used. I know sometimes tapes come in package of 2 or 3. you can send 1.

I just got a package of a zillion deco tapes that I ordered on eBay from China. There doesn't seem to be a lot of tape on the roll like the tapes I buy in the US. Has anyone else experienced that? The rolls from China look like the picture in this swap (small amount of tape).
