You will decorate the envie Halloween themed and insert a flat surprise. Decorating ideas include: Scrapbook Papers, Cut Out Images, Washi/Deco Tape, Stamping, Kraft Paper, etc. The possibilities are endless :)! Flat Surprise Suggestions: (Note: The surprise does NOT have to be Halloween themed) I noticed international swappers have a hard time purchasing these items.
