For this swap you will create a package for your fellow Avalonian sister to celebrate Yule. Think of items that will assist or delight her on the darkest day of the year. Send a Celebration of Light package or something to while away the dark days before Spring.

Send 3 items that capture the spirit of Yule in the Avalonian sense.

Use your imagination and envision what package would be given in Winter to a fellow Avalon lover. :) Suggestions: An Avalon inspired ornament, hot tea or cocoa, some delicious Yule recipes, a book with a handcrafted bookmark, postcards, notecards, statuary, etc...the list can go on and on.

For this swap think Avalon Yule, not secular Christmas. Please think of Avalon & the Arthurian legend & choose your items carefully.

Handcrafted or store bought. Make a delightful package your partner would LOVE to receive. :) Have fun & hopefully I won't have to worry about flakers.

wonderful swap idea but I don't think I'd manage during that time. and I think I'd have to send my swap earlier in order for it to arrive from Switzerland or Germany (I post from there from time to time) in time. :/

I would love to do this but the international postage on a gr8 pkg is just too high, often 40 or 50 dollars to send. Beautiful swap idea!

Yes pickappeppa I totally agree with the postage thing but this sounds like an amazing swap! I so wish Christmas was in July, we have so much more money as my hubby is a seasonal worker!!

Great ideas and thanks so much for the input. Pickapeppa--If you sent light items it could be a lot cheaper. If I received a stationary set, a bookmark & a assortment of hot drinks (tea,cocoa) I would think that was a great swap & easy on the shipping.
