Some of the participants of the last treasure hunt/mystery craft challenge I hosted contacted me to let me know they had a good time with the last project and enjoyed not having to spend a dime to create..................sooooooo.......... I'm hosting another one!! What it's all about: Create 1 craft that uses all of the following items and mail to 1 swap partner upon completion. You must use all of the following items in a single craft you create. The craft can be anything your creative mind comes up with. 1) The color pink 2) corrugated cardboard 3) a trinket or charm 4) ribbon 5) a printed fabric 6) glitter 7) a paper clip or staple 8) a coin or a key 9) a flower (natural or manmade if natural please be sure it is pressed or dried) 10) a page from any book (text &/or illustrations) Deadline to Signup or Drop: May 15th Deadline to Mail Swap: June 15th

Hello- Sorry for my delay in responding to your queries... I still haven't quite gotten used to checking the swap signup pages themselves for questions, as this is a relatively new feature, rather, I had grown accustomed to questions coming directly to me via email. I apologize for keeping all you eager swappers waiting. Yes, Erna is correct. You may use any other additional materials you desire in addition to all the items on the list. Thank you for asking. Can the flower be a picture or image of?

Hi Marie- Yes, the flower can simply be an image of a flower from a book, a photo, a magazine etc...or it can be dried, pressed, silk, made of fabric, hand drawn...and so on... Hope this helps.

Hey - I cannot wait to see the photographs of the things everybody made! I was in such a hurry to send my item off, that I forgot to take a picture of it - so I have an extra reason to want to see the swap results. Hope you all had as much fun as I did. Karen - I'll be keeping an eye out for the next challenge you dream up. I enjoy the creative challenge, and the fact that I could rummage through my "stuff" for supplies. I did not have to buy anything. I am a compulsive hoarder - and your swap was perfect for me! xx Erna

Ok - I'm ready with this thing. The "upload images" is for RECEIVED swaps... so if you want to see what I have done, where do I put the picture? It's going to have to wait for next week to be shipped away, as I don't have any money right now. But it's ready, finished, done and packaged ;-)

I was so excited about finishing mine, that I sent it off without taking a picture - so I do hope my partner will take one and post it here!

I am actually starting to worry - I sent it off about a month ago. I do hope that it reaches Melissa - PLEASE let me know when it does!!

This was a swap that really got those creative juices flowing - thanks, Karen. Cannot wait to see ALL the results.

scroll down and you'll get a glimpse of what jenny and cristi made, too. we all got together at my house to make our crafts. it was a great way to spend a sunday with friends!

this really was such fun. thank you, karen! i can't wait to see what i get in the mail!

I so hope people will be posting pictures :-) It's wonderful how differently we all interprete this :-D I think mine is boring... I love Holly's and Melanies :-) I haven't received my package yet - maybe it's not even sent - but I have sent mine. It should arrive next week.

I received my gift from Maria in the beginning of July, but I have been away, so I haven't had a possibility to come here and tell this. It's amazing! She created a little book with an insightful little "story" in the covers... It's beautiful and I love it! Obrigado, Maria! I'll be posting a picture when I get batteries to my camera. :-)
