For my first hosted swap, I thought I would start with something easy. I'm always seeing dessert and main dish swaps up here, but never one for side dishes. Im always looking for something to pair along with whatever Im cooking tonight.

You will have three partners, and you will e-mail then the recipe for your favorite side dish. Hearts for more than one recipe or a photo. If you have any food allergies, please post them.

This is an international swap. :)

I love this idea because I'm stuck in a side dish rut!

This is my first swap... How does this work? Will someone email me a list of the people I need to swap with?

You will get an email with a link that will take you to your swap page. There you will find a link that pops up a window with the names and addresses of the partners you send to. After you recieve your recipes be sure to go back to the page and rate your partners (that's how you stop being a newbie!)

To whoever gets my name ... I'll love ANY recipe, but I am dieting, so if you have something that's low fat it would be doubley appreciated (is doubley a word? Haha!)

Nodomama: Also, make sure you send your swap by the date they must be sent by (Feb. 29). Earlier is always better though in case something comes up for you in the future. :)

No food allergies, but I'd prefer a kosher (no meat & dairy combo dishes, no shellfish) recipe, if possible. Thanks!

I'm looking forward to participating in my FIRST swap on swap-bot! I don't have any food allergies, but I am not a red meat eater...though I do have some family members that are. I'm up for trying anything new. Thanks! :-)
