Lip Stick Swap

This is a $3 to $5 swap for a lip stick. It HAS to be a lip stick (not a lip balm or a lip gloss). I am running other swaps for lip balms and lip glosses so if that's what you're looking for please go to the other swaps I'm hosting. :)

The last 2 lip stick/balm swaps I joined were busts. I was flaked on by both and so now we're going to set up some ground rules. :)

• You must have 25 completed type 2 and/or type 3 swaps.
• You must have 10 hearts and 4.9 and up.
• You must stick to the $3 to $5 budget. If you choose to go over that's up to you but NOT below.
• ALL products sent MUST be brand new and un-used. Sending used product is just... gross.
• It CAN be hand made if it's a quality good enough to sell. :)
• Sender's Choice - Period
